About me - My home
The home I moved to in the village of Wigginton (sometimes referred to locally as "Wiggo") in the summer of 1982 has fully lived up to my expectations. I was looking for a small detached property (I like to play music loud from time to time) somewhere fairly rural but also commutable to London where I was working at the time. It also needed to be in an elevated location so I could better pursue my interest in amateur radio.

The bungalow in Wigginton
Before moving to Wigginton I've lived in Wimbledon, Stoneleigh (near Epsom), Sutton, Old Coulsdon (near Purley) and Aylesbury.
One of the ways my time working for Capital Radio changed me was to make me discriminating about audio quality in my home life. My current system is a pair of Tannoy Devons driven by a pair of Quad 405 modules built into a box by me, and an AudioLab 8000C preamplifier. My thanks to Bob of LRC Broadcast and to Roger of Lockwood Audio.
